Come celebrate the shift of seasons through an energizing Vinyasa power flow. We'll build heat with a series of Sun Salutations and playful planks, cultivating strength and balance as we honor the light and embrace this transformative moment.
Meet outdoors on the lawn, weather permitting, indoors if inclement. Bring your own mat; water bottle encouraged.
This is a judgment-free yoga community. All-levels, drop-in classes. Sliding-scale pricing. All are welcome.
ABOUT YOUR TEACHER: Jen Williams has experienced the transformative journey of yoga for 20+ years. From teaching kids mindfulness to breathwork at senior centers; to core power and candlelit flow, she loves crafting classes to best support the individuals she is honored to work with. In 2018, Jen completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training followed by the Prison Yoga Project training, and then continued onto Full of Joy Yoga’s Family Yoga Workshop and United We Om’s Trauma-Informed Training. She loves sharing the benefits of yoga with everyone, especially breathwork, and mindfulness for positive mental health and emotional self-regulation—it’s a life skill! Questions?
