Music, mocktails, and hands-on fun! Kick off the evening with Vermont Folklife’s Instrument Petting Zoo (5–7p), where kids can explore and play real instruments. Then enjoy a beautiful performance by Meadowmount students (7–8p) while sipping mocktails in the courtyard. A perfect summer night for the whole family!
The Instrument Petting Zoo is a hands-on musical playground packed with everything from fiddles and ukuleles to drums, maracas, kazoos, and even thumb pianos! Kids get the chance to explore, experiment, and make a joyful racket with a wide array of traditional acoustic instruments.
Join us in the courtyard for classical music with Meadowmounts closing week of the summer. These young, gifted musicians have spent their summer immersed in intensive study and are excited to share the results of their hard work and passion with our community.
